Each box includes 6-7 lbs of specialty cuts, enough for approximately 4-6 meals for two people, depending on how much meat you eat!

This is the best of the best! We will select some items from our stock such as Prime and dry aged cuts, and include some specialty items- a rare breed, special aging, special cut etc. that you will only get in these boxes.

As and EXAMPLE, a box will include- 2 USDA Prime NY Steaks, 4 house made Bacon Bleu brats, a 1 1/2” thick Dry Aged rib steak, and American Wagyu picanha steaks and a specialty item handmade by our crew.
