Our Classic prep

Our classic prepped prime rib starts with a beautiful bone-in Choice grade rib. We cut off the bones, season the roast, then tie it all back together. The result is an oven ready prime rib that will cook perfectly, and once done simply snip the strings for an easy carving roast.

We can always leave the seasoning up to you, or leave the roast whole as well. As always, you get exactly what you want at Butcher Boy!

USDA Prime- More marbling for a better eating experience. Custom prepped and bone-in or boneless available.

American Wagyu- Cut from our exclusive stock of Wagyu from Fort Klamath Ranch. This is the best beef in the country in our opinion! A very limited amount available for the holiday.

Dry Aged- USDA Choice or Prime grades, aged in house for 32 days. This will richen and concentrate the flavor for an extra tasty and unique holiday meal.
