Each box includes 5-6 lbs of specialty cuts, enough for approximately 4-6 meals for two people, depending on how much meat you eat!

These boxes will rotate products monthly, with each designed to fill your freezer with special cuts from our crew. An example box would include- 2 USDA Prime NY Steaks, 4 specialty house made sausages, seasonal American Wagyu cuts (roast or steak), Elk steaks
